I arrived at The Royal Palm B&B and was immediately impressed with the beautiful rooms and the friendly welcome from the owners. The location was perfect for exploring the Blyde River Canyon and Kruger Park. The food offered at the B&B was delicious, and the full breakfast had everything I needed. The staff, especially Peta-Anne, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and even arranged a firmer mattress for me. The artistic design of the property added to its charm. Despite a few minor inconveniences like the lack of Wi-Fi and the steep steps to reception, I had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The food and location were great during our Christmas stay. We were very satisfied with the breakfast that offered everything that we wanted and more. the scenic views also made our stay much more enjoyable than we expected. Plus, the location was perfect for us since it was very close to the attractions and restaurants we wanted to visit.
The staff was not very professional. They were not friendly and were not helpful.

We had a superb stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The host, Peta-Anne, provided us with a detailed map of nearby attractions, making it easy for us to plan our day. The beds were incredibly comfortable, allowing us to get a restful night's sleep after a long day of driving. The dinner was delicious, with a dessert that was to die for. The breakfast was exceptional, and despite being the only guests, Peta-Anne personally attended to our needs with genuine hospitality. We highly recommend this place if you're looking to explore the panoramic route.
We would gladly recommend this hotel to friends and family, as it truly offers a luxurious and comfortable experience.

The beds were comfortable and the food was great. They also offered nice bathroom amenities and an amazing location near the Panorama Route.
Our Christmas stay at this hotel was ruined by the lack of wifi and the poor condition of the road leading up to the hotel. The dirt road was bumpy and caused our car to struggle.

I had a fantastic stay in a hotel with beautiful surroundings, located up on a hillside with breathtaking views of the valley. It was stunning. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast had various options and was always good. The staff was very accommodating, friendly, and went out of their way to make my stay a pleasant one, making me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including convenient parking and transportation services on offer.
There was nothing I didn't like.
